My father's age is 72.He has a normal weight. He has a problem of sleeping.He used to be a teacher used to take personal tutions and used to work till late nights. Presently he stops teaching at all.
He used to take Tranquilisers for almost 10-15 years prescribed by one of the doctors. But now a days taking those pills also doesn't help. Some times he doesn't sleep for 48 hrs contnuously. His doctor has prescribed some sleeping pills but they are not helping him much. Can you please suggest?
