hello I keep waking up around 3am every morning and I am unable to get back to sleep. I am not worried or concerned about any issue or problem. Any ideas to stop it as I can't get back to sleep for ages but must do eventually. I am grumpy !
I went through your details. If you do not have any worries or anxiety (if you surely say so) the present sleep pattern could be due to simple habit. You should talk to a psychologist whose expertise could determine any dormant stress pattern you may be having. When you loose sleep at 3, don;t force yourself to sleep. In that case, you are actually becoming anxious. You just let it be like that and read a book, watch TV etc. Eventually you will fall asleep.
I suggest you to exercise rigorously for a fortnight and see its effect on your sleep pattern and am sure there will be positive influence. Take care.
