Hello
Welcome to HCM.
The nightmares are most commonly due to disturbed sleep-wake cycle. As you have disturbed sleep-wake routine, you need to correct this.
I advice you to take tablet ativan 1mg every night. This will decrease your nightmares.

Also follow these simple tips for a better sleep:
Avoid day-time napping. Dont take heavy fatty meals in night. Avoid tea, coffe at bedtime. Donot do vigorous exercises before goin to bed. Use bed only while sleeping and dont keep on lying on bed whole day.

Hope this info helps you.
Thanks.
