Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You are sleeping late in night at about 2-3 am and are sleeping less. This could be occurring due to early insomnia in which individuals have difficulty in sleeping. Though you are not feeling tired still if this persists for long then this may result in a lot of psychological stresses. Visit a doctor for proper medicines for insomnia. In most cases low doses of Z drugs as Zolpidem, Zopiclone help in sleep and once sleep is improved the doses can be discontinued. Benzodiazepines are other options. But these medicines are associated with risk of dependence so should be avoided to use for long time. Some antidepressants like Trazodon, Mirtazapine etc are also known to cause good sleep without increasing risk of dependence. Visit a psychiatrist for help.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
