What Causes Small Blister Like Bumps On Soft Palate And Other Places In Mouth?

I have been getting small blister like bumps on my soft palate and other places in my mouth. They don't hurt, but they're more annoying than anything. Very often they appear in the same place over and over again. What could be causing this and is it serious?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the blister like bumps on the soft palate and other parts of the oral cavity could be because of the herpes zoster infection or pemphigus...consult your oral physician and get it ruled out. if it pains then you can just take symptomatic treatment like topical anesthetic and analgesics. i hope my answer will help you, take care.
