What Causes Small Blood Clots With Mucus During Urination?
Hi. It is time for my period. When I urinate I do have very small pin point size blood clots but that is the only time. There is no blood like a normal cycle. However I today I have noticed a mucus like discharge. I am 46 years old. Should I be concerned?

No need to be concerned but you should do some tests since it may be sign of urinary infection or kidney inflammation so you need to do urine analysis, kidney ultrasound and std test if there was recent sexual intercourse. Wish you good health. Regards
