What Causes Sniffles, High Headedness And Blood In Mucus?

Hi I got in a car accident 48 hours ago. I bumped my head. When i went to the hospital they gave me morphine for the pain. Ever since then I've had the sniffles and today I woke up feeling light headed and I had spots of blood in my mucus. Should I seek medical attention.
