What Causes Sore Neck And Headache After A Head Injury?

I hit my head snowboarding on Tuesday march 8 I got a headache for a while but went away by the afternoon after a coffee and big cookie.... everything seemed fine, but last night after an orgasim I got a huge rush of pain from where I hit my head (bump between my neck and skull on my rightside) up to my temple that lasted a few minutes... I feel pretty fine, a little sleepy and my neck is sore but I also didn't sleep on a very good pillow... Should I be worried and see a doctor?

Any head injury can cause headache due concussion and sometimes neck pain due to muscular spasm, but I advice you to take simple pain killers as paracetamol and Ibuprofen on regular dose plus rest without physical effort.
In case pain persist or worsening please attend the ED.
