What Causes Sore Throat Along With Body Ache And Fever?

My daughter started a methodone treatment regime a couple of days ago, and she is really sick with flu like symptoms, such as aches and pains, congestion, soar throat, fever, slight cough. Could this be symptoms from this drug, she is also has signs of agitation as well.

This is signs of the flu. Are not much related to methadone treatment or agitation. She can take Tylenol for pain and fever.
