I think you are suffering from URTI . That is responsible for fever and pain.
Treatment includes steam inhalation.
I advice you to take antipyratic and pain killer for 3 to 4 days.
If it does not subside you should take antibiotic course. Before consuming antibiotic i advice you to meet physician.
