Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain it seems to be a severe
throat infection leading to
sore throat and inflamed lymph nodes in the neck.
It can be bacterial or viral in nature while at times it is viral infection with a secondary bacterial infection.
The sores on gums and mouth are apthous ulcers and are also secondary to infection..
You can take a course of antibiotics like Cephelexin or
Azithromycin for 5 days, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Naproxen or
Diclofenac potassium, do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations.
Avoid spicy and chilled foods.
Throat lozenges can relieve..
For sores in mouth gargle with a numbing mouthwash for pain relief, take a
multivitamin tablet daily, soda bicarb gargles can also help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
