What Causes Sore Throat, Body Aches And Nasal Discharge With Change In The Voice?

Hello Dr. It started off with me having a sore throat and body aches along with nasal discharge that is yellow.. Also my voice is changed from the drainage, Not sure if this is a sinus infection or something else. I did research and it appears that a sinus infection does not include a sore throat. I am just trying to figure out what I have. thank you

It appear to be a rhinopharyngits. U need to see a doctor for antibiotics prescription .yellow discharge is usually associated with bacteria infection. U need antibiotics after culture and antibiotic sensitivity.. And start with antihistaminics..
