What Causes Sore Throat , Cough And Fever?

I ve had laryngitis, cough, sore throat, fever of 99.6, mild body aches, and headache (off and on, but bad when it occurs) since Friday? I started antibiotics yesterday but have not improved since Friday. My cough is unproductive for the most part, but I have had a few times when my sputum was green/yellow.
