What Causes Sore Throat, Fever And Mild Vaginal Bleeding?
Had sore throat Saturday and SUnday (not terrible just mildly sore) then fever of 100.2 on Monday and Tuesday and into today (knocked it down with ibuprofen) then just noticed slight bloody discharge from vagina... Want to wait til morning to call my doctor - unreasonable?

I do not think the mild vaginal bleeding is related to the sore throat and fever. They sound two different entities.
I think it is safe to wait to see your doctor tomorrow morning as this does not seem to be an urgent situation to justify seeing the doctor urgently.
