What Causes Sore Throat, headache, dry Cough And Swollen Glands?

I ve recently been butterfly feelings in my stomach practically like 24 x 7, along with severe headaches, nausea, lack of energy, sore throat along with a dry cough that I can t seem to get rid of, and my glands seem to be ALWAYS swollen. These symtoms have been going on everyday for almost a month and a half, to two montns....Are these any symptoms of any paticular health concern issues that I need to be concerned with, or shoyuld be seeing a Dr. for?

Hi you seem to have some kind of allergy.
Take Fexofenadine 120 plus Omeprazole 20 plus Domperidone 10, both once a day, saline gargles.
Also take vitamin C 500 mgs and any B complex with Zinc.
If this does not work, see your doctor--regards
