What Causes Soreness And Pain In Throat Along With Nasal Congestion?

hello, I have a very sore throat!! most symptoms I ve noticed are; -a swelled up throat -throat gets dry easily -dark red veins at the back of my throat -mild coughing -stuffy nose -the pain goes away when I eat/drink but right after I swallow it gets dry and aches:( I m in desperate need of help. thank you very much.

Hi there.

You could be having pharyngitis. Consume only warm semi solid or liquid food. Do steam inhalation. Take antibiotic like Tablet Augmentin 650mg twice a day for 5 days.
