What Causes Soreness And Pain While Passing Stool?
Hi For the last few days I have had a really sore anus and when I pass a stool I feel faint and am in more pain afterwards the pain goes a few minutes after but there is still some moderate pain there all day it also feels like there is something on the outside of my anus a lump maybe?

What the symptoms of the pain of anal region are there it could be due to the piles, abscess, fissure, all of these cause the severe pain and for differentiation and confirmation clinical examination is must till then tab Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen can be tried.
