What Causes Soreness And Tenderness In Left Hand Radiating To Upper Arm?

I went walking yesterday and mid way of walking I notice my left hand was uncomfortably sore, tender to touch... like a burning sensation, cant really rub it because its uncomfortable. feels like weakening. So today I feel soreness in my left upper arm. that shoots from the hand. Not sure what is going on, just uncomfortable to touch

1. Complete Blood Test including Troponin, CK-MB
2. ECG
3. Chest X-Ray
4. Echocardiogram
5. Lipid profile

Also, take this medicine:

Aspirin 325 mg once a day for 6 months

Also, follow these guidelines:

Eat a healthy, balanced diet (No red meat, No too much oily food), Control your blood pressure and cholesterol level, Maintain a normal body weight, Exercise regularly (mild exercise, home-based), Don't smoke.

Try to avoid alcohol. Post the results so that a doctor can follow you up. Please complete the treatment. Do not worry. You are under treatment.
