What Causes Soreness In Heal Of Foot After Taking Misoprostol For Miscarriage?

i was 10 weeks pregnant and found out the baby had died, i was given medication to miscarry it has been 48 hours since taking the medication and i am miscarrrying as i should be. 24 hour after taking the medication my foot heal of my left foot began to be sore and is still sore where i cannot put pressure on it and it is tingling.
What could be causing this problem could it be related to the miscarriage or the misoprostol i was given to start it.

Hello,
The soreness you are experiencing is not likely to be related to your miscarriage; also, it has not been reported to be due to the drug either. The symptoms suggest vascular involvement and as such need further observation and monitoring. Blood vessel disease may be aggravated when similar drugs are used with misoprostol. Please consult a physician for further management at the earliest. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
