What Causes Soreness In Outer Ear?
I have had a sore in my outer ear located just above the canal opening, on the skin covering a pump of cartalidge, that seems to be like a small cut or crack in the skin. This has not healed in over 2 months and continues to leak some sort of clear fluid into my ear canal. I do not know of any trauma that has occured to my ear and I don't own pets etc..

It may be an eczema or chondritis due to allergy or trauma or infection. Use antibiotics, use local moisturizer cream.
If symptoms not improved, please consult your ENT specialist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
