Hi, I had an iodine injection for a brain CT scan and the nurse spent about 2 minutes poking at my vein only to pull the needle out and claim it did not work and that he needed to get another nurse to try because policy only allows one try at these injections, my whole arm has been sore ever since and there is a medium sized bruise around the injection site. Should I be worried or is this normal? My other arm is completely fine, the injection went very smoothly with the second nurse and there is no bruising.
