I have a phantom salty taste and tiny amount of chest pain? The salt taste is really strong, and I ve had it over a week. Is my lung infected? Also I keep an aquatic turtle tank in my room is it possible I have a bacteria infection in my lungs from the vapors? YYYY@YYYY

So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid hard to chew food. Take antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
