Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,

This sounds like a transient problem with spoken communication. This could be something called a transient ischaemic attack. This is a warning sign that the blood supply to the brain is not good.
I would advise you to have her see a neurologist so that she can identify any problems with the brain and give treatment to hopefully prevent a repeat of the same.

All the best.
