General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it may be due to the heat atmosphere, but the spot matters, it may suggest some oncoming viral fever.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may need to have some blood , and urine tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient cifixime, multivitamins, and paracetamol when necessary.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
