Hi,
Your doctor has prescribed the medication needed for you at this stage with the presumption that you may be progesterone deficient and this could have perhaps caused the bleeding. Aspirin is used to improve the vascularity and its use has not been shown to be associated with any negative impacts. Yet, if there is a bleeding point anywhere, it needs to be used with caution and preferably, after it seals. Please take absolute bed rest and abstain from sexual intercourse and all other forms of stress until all the symptoms subside. Hope this helps.
