What Causes Spots On Left Arm And Chest?

hi doctor I went to the walk in clinic this week we thought I had a staph infection....the doctor at ER gave me some antibiotic...with sulfur in it ..they thought I had a allergic reaction to the medicine so, I threw it out.... and the doc gave me prednisone 10 mg. now, the dots are still all over me .....they are under my left armpit covering my whole left arm, and now chest area.....

I really appreciate your concern, such skin manifestation could be due to hypersensitivity of drug because you where on it, now need to be patience because this may take some to come around, with steroid better to add some antihistamine and "Diphenhydramine would be best" hope this information helps, take care.
