What Causes Spotting During Periods?

Hi my names is bianca im 22 I got diagnosed with polatistic ovaries last year properly but allways had irregular piriods I when on the pill tor a year when I was 17 but come off it that year and didnt use any (I should say I been with my boyfriend since I was 16 ) so no stis I used comdoms until I was 19 as we were trying for a baby but has nk success but when I did have my period they were always full on bleeding but for some reson 2days ago I haven t only had spotting and this izs thr first time I have ever had this please can you help ??

The spottinf can have various causes like a hormonal imbalance, pregnancy, injury,etc; but in your case the most likely cause could be the polycystic ovaries which cause irregular bleeding as well as an irregular menstrual cycle.
