What Causes Spotting During The Mid Of Menstruation Cycle?

Hello i am 44 and i finished my period 17 days ago. I noticed this morning after wiping i had a light blood on paper. Its also on pad i am wearing. It is red blood. It has happened two or three times over past few years. I have PCOS as well. I have slight cramping as well. My period is never regular and quite heavy and has been like that for yeqrs and is usually every 35 days. Thankyou.

This type of irregular bleeding is expected in cases of PCOS. But consult doctor in case of heavy bleeding.
Aim for reducing the weight and your PCOS will automatically correct.
