What Causes Spotting, Fatigue And Headache Post Intake Of Primolut-N?

Hi doctor, I am planning to concieve , and my period date is 13sep. Actualyy i had a trip 5th sep to 15th sep and after talking pregrency test at home and it was negative then i took primoult n 5 mg to delay my periods.. Now i am back to home and i took last pill on Thursday 15th of Sep. After three days, on sunday i got my periods back but after one day periods finished.now slightly spot It could b sign of pregancy r some side effects of primoult n 5mg tablets. Now i am feeling fatigue, headache and slightly temp. Plz answer my question Thanks.

Primolut N contains ingredient namely 'Norethisterone'. It is indicated for the treatment of irregular, painful or heavy periods and as a contraceptive. It is also used commonly to postpone the periods.
Since it is a hormonal preparation, it might cause some side effects in the form of pink vaginal discharge or intermittent spotting along with fatigue and headache. However, such side effects would subside over a period of time.
In case if such symptoms do not subside and becomes bothersome, you need to seek medical attention promptly.
