What Causes Squeezing Feeling Behind The Breast Bone?

Last couple of weeks I am noticing that when climbing stairs, I feel type of squeezing behind my breast bone. I am 43 year old female with non-specific heart palpitations. Holter Monitor and Cardio event monitor did not show anything of concern.

I am concern about this new symptom. What would you suggest to me regarding this?

I reccommend you to do a chest X Ray and a Spirometry test for lung function
