What Causes Squeezing Pain In Arm Radiating Towards Neck And Eyes?

my husband had an episode today that happened twice in a 3 hour time span, it lasted less than a min. what he experienced was. starting with his left arm a squeezing pain that went from his arm to the back of his neck to the back of his eyes. he said that it lasted a short time but it was painful enough to bring him to his knees. what could cause this?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the arm pain only and not the chest pain then this is could be some muscular pain and may not be cardiac pain still I would like to advise to get done the EKG, till then "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" once in day can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
