What Causes Stabbing Pain During Ejaculation?
In the last few days i have experienced a stabbing pain literally as i ejaculate after masturbation. It goes immediately after this - the pain goes up from the left hand side level with my penis about two or three inches. i have had an inguinal hernia op on that side but that was over a year ago. Does feel a puffy around there above the scar but that has happened from time to time but not with this pain. I am 50 years old

Feeling mild pain after ejaculation is normal but your sharp pain could be a sign of a infection or inflammation of the seminal vesicles. I would advise you to get a culture done of.your urine and semen. Also make sure that your hernia has not recurred as that could also explain the pain. If the culture picks up any infection then we can treat you for that. Take care.
