Headaches can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease .Examples includes lack of sleep, an incorrect eyeglasses, stress, loud noise exposure or light and tight head wear.
But also in the migraine include the
severe headache, unusually starting on just side of your head. But migraine symptoms typically follow a unique pattern too, it can lasts for a few hours, or even upto a few days.

Avoid loud noise and stress.
