Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Can a herniated disk in the lumbar 4,5 cause problem with the gallbladder not releasing bile and having a sluggish colon and ICV symptoms...or would/could an enlarged prostrate be the cause ?
Would too much coffee, deplete the zinc reserves nd cause this domino effect ?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Herniated disk or enlarged prostate does not cause stasis of bile in gall bladder. IT can be due to some obstruction by stone or mass or stricture in bile pathway. So you should go for further investigation to search the cause. Then plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
