What Causes Stiffness In My Knee After Arthroscopy?

hi, m 31.i had right knee arthrosocpy one month ago.still there is stiffness in knee.when i do knee bend and knee straoght excercise and stand up my knee got relaxed.but immidiatly after that when i start to walk just two steps knee again got heavy and stiff.in morning the stiffness is more.when i do knee pressing excercise i feel something odd goinh in knee.sometimes after knee straight excr when i put dwn the knee some noise is comming out of it.surgon says recovery is good n u ll be okay in ew days.but i dont feel that much good.pls help
