General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that Lumbar stenosis and disc degeneration is causing your lower back and upper thigh pain. Compression syndrome may be increasing your vertigo. Physiotherapy along with thermal treatment and electrical stimulation may give you temporary relief but for a permanent solution, you have to undergo a surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
