General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Chest pain radiating to shoulders, especially with the history of pacemaker implant needs thorough cardiac evaluation. Cardiovascular and rhythm abnormalities need to be evaluated. So please follow up with your cardiologist as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
