What Causes Stinging Under Skin And Flushing Of The Face?
i have what feels like stinging under skin with no rash no whelps and no swelling gets in my mouth and throat but i have been on ambien for about 5mo 5 mg at nite not every nite and still have the stinging. zyretec and hydroxine do not work and allergy specialist seems to think its not allergys. So what do you think i do have flushing on face one dr thought i was having anxiety i think allegic reaction now they want to send me to dematology
Your symptoms may be related to anxiety or thyroid disorders. Rarely conditions like mastocytosis can be the cause. Kindly check your thyroid levels including TSH,free T3 and T4 levels.
Mastocytosis is a condition that occurs when mast cells accumulate in skin and/or internal organs such as the liver, spleen, bone marrow, and small intestines. Skin biopsy may be required to rule out the condition.
