General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I think you are having peptic ulcer disease, and if it increases just after taking food, stomach is most probably involved. I would have recommended you endoscopy along with biopsy if feasible along with hemoglobin estimation to look for the amount of blood loss.

Treatment commonly consists of sucralfate suspension for pain along with Prilosec or some other PPI. Avoid any kind of painkillers, spicy food, tea and coffee. Stop smoking if you are a smoker, and avoid alcohol.

Let me know if this was helpful and do ask if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Dr. Akash Kumar
