What Causes Stomach Ache And Vomiting In A Toddler?

My 3 yr old son had a tummy ache when he woke up. I gave him some water and lil gripe water thinking its gas, but he threw up mostly water & maybe some yogurt from the dinner last nite. I have gave him only lil plain water, some coconut water and lil yogurt, in the afternoon before nap he asked for some pediasure and I gave lil. He slept fine for 2 hrs then woke up and gave him 1/2 tangerine water some time later. He is not holding anything. Please advise.

it is gulping of air for which belching is requered. consult paediatrician on recomandation offending. breast feeding and diet of mother also some time matters.donot give any thing without doctors advise as his age is nearing 3 years he can be given semisolid food like vegetable soup and probiotic. he is having indigestion get his stool examined and consult paediatrician with report.
