What Causes Stomach Ache And Vomiting?

Hai, my son is 4, he is been having stomach pain with vomiting since two days like he vomits everything dat goes into his mouth even his saliva, and loose stools which are watery, yellow n smells bad. He is very weak dat I can t make him travel, his doctor gave him ofloxacin & metronidazole suspension Diof-DS last time, so can I give him the same, But need to know the dosage now. He is 14kg.

Hi, I have gone through your query.The dose of Diof DS for your son will be 2.5 ml 2 times a dayx5 days.You can give him Ondasetron syp. 5 ml for the vomiting.You can give him PreProbiotic syp 5 ml 2 times a day.Keep him rehydrated.The diarrhoea & vomiting may be due to an infection in the stomach.
