OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain before defecation and nausea can be because of the pelvic infection, which can occur after abortion.
Other causes can be gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
