What Causes Stomach Ache, Heat Wave Through Head Followed By Diarrhea?
Last night I woke up with severe stomach pain. Tried using the bathroom for a while with no success. Got a major heat wave through my head finally able to go a bit. Pain was still there. Pain so bad then I threw up, seeing spots. Then finally diarrhea. Then the pain was gone. I feel fine today. This happens to me about 3-4 times per year. Is it just constipation or something else?

Your stomach pain seems due to bowel spasms . it may be related with viral infection.
To my opinion you should use a healthy diet reached in fibers and proteins,
use plenty of water and take probiotics for at least 7 days.
