Noted the history and understood the concerns. Heartburn with throat soreness is most probably due to GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease. This can be tackled by taking a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacids. Take soft and bland diet. Small frequent feeds.Watch for the results and if not satisfactory get an appointment of a Gastroenterologist and get an upper GI Endoscopy for proper diagnosis so that an appropriate management can be done.Take care of the oral wound caused by removal of the wisdom tooth and avoid strong anti-inflammatory medications as these can increase gastroesophageal reflux, gastritis and acidity related problems.
Take Care!
