What Causes Stomach Bloating And Discomfort?

I had a hernia 7 years ago below the belly button and fixed now, after 7 years I have right discomfort on my right side waist line between belly button and side, they found blood in my urine and inflammation by test, later Dr took another urine test and no blood found nor inflammation and took xrays and see nothing at all.... no kidney stones evertyhing looked good from the bottom of the lungs down to the pelvis, no bacteria, no infection and blood cells look good, they want to go through the penus to look in the lower unary track and Im not ready for that!!! Im starting to feel bloated more and discomfort, I am under stress.........But Ive been eating healther, I don t drink much water, very little, I do drink diet coke, and I drink ( red bull ) energy drinks 4 times a week 8 oz. each time.......... Please help :( Darin

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of surgery for hernia below belly button 7 years ago and now have pain and urinary test positive, which after some time is negative for infection.
Once positive means there is urinary tract infection with or without a stone in the urinary system.
I would advise you the following in view of your no willingness to have to have endoscopy of the urinary tract:
Request for Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen particularly for kidney, ureter and bladder- This will give fair idea about any of the problems like stone, stricture or small growth.
send the urine sample for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity as it may help to get a positive report and take a course of an antibiotic.
Increase your water intake and stop all sort of energy drinks.
This will help you further.
