What Causes Stomach Cramping And Diarrhea On/off?
I had pinworms when I was around 8 yrs old and didn t know what they were and I was embarrassed so I never told anyone. Now I m 20 years old and worried that it could have caused serious damage. I ve been having stomach cramps and diarrhea for the past year on/off. What problems could happen??

Stomach cramps or diarrhoea may be due to Infection or gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance etc.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Get it done ultrasound abdomen, stool examination. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
