Hello
I share your concern.
Pregnancy card test is not accurate at time especially when you do it too early So don't consider it a confirmatory test.
Please write back to me with following details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Your last menstraul period
Whether you had unprotected sex in recent past or near the period of ovulation (which occurs 14 days prior to next expected period)?
Chances of getting pregnant are very likely if you had fruitful sex near the period of ovulation.
Stomach cramps might be related to
pelvic inflammatory disease,
Acid peptic disease, indigestion or liver and
gallbladder disease.
I would advise you for a battery of investigation like CBC, ESR, liver function test, urine culture, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
Meanwhile have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with
dietary fiber supplement in your diet.
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and carbonated beverages.
Have lots of fluids orally which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract and clears the mild degree of infection.
Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask for further assistance I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
