I have been experiencing some stomach discomfort which occurs both before and after eating, but not all the time. I noticed today that after consuming a banana, I felt uncomfortable and very full. I had my gallbladder removed when I was 23 after giving birth so it isn t that. Any ideas of what I could try. Thanks.
