I ve had nexplanon for almost a year and I have been doing fine with it no periods or side effects. About a month in a half ago I spotted but it was only one day and wasn t the whole day and I thought it was from me losing weight. I drank super chill water that wasn t recalled and couldn t drink it because it tasted like soap every time I added grape flavor to it. I crave pizza and mountain dew. I take weight loss pills and Ive had no problems taking them and now every time I take them I feel sick to my stomach and it lasts all day. I got a random yeast infection out of nowhere and thought it was from taking a hot bath. The past two days I ve been tired. I ve taking a hpt and it came back negative. Could I be pregnant and my nexplanon be giving me false negatives
