I am a 50 year old healthy active woman with three children 19,17 and 11. Last 2 weeks have had sensations in my lower abdomen that feel like baby kicking. Mild cramping and little soreness lower back. I am 3-4 weeks late for my period (it has been sightly irregular since I turned 50) but took pregnancy test and not pregnant. Feel a bit bloated and fuller around the waist but otherwise fine. Bowels are normal - appetite is normal. Not having out of ordinary amount of gas or burping. Can you please help my understand what might be going on? Thanks
